HOW TO USE

Fill your NanoFly bottle with cold water and one PH 1500 sachet before heading out. The Nanogel® insulation keeps it cold through the heat of the ride, while the high-sodium formula replaces what you're losing as you sweat. For rides over 90 minutes in serious heat, carry a spare sachet — you'll want a second hit of sodium before cramping or fatigue sets in.
